David Martínez

David Martínez has over 25 years of experience leading top real estate developments in Spain, including the landmark urban developments of Cuatro Torres Business Area (2001-2005), Valdebebas (2005-2013), and Madrid Nuevo Norte (2013-2016). He has been CEO of AEDAS Homes, Spain’s leading listed homebuilder, since its founding in 2016. David holds an MSc in Civil and Structural Engineering from Madrid’s Polytechnic University and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.
